Meet Sabrina Scott

Sabrina Scott is a bold leadership coach, certified Extreme Execution Coach of the Flight Assessment, and the visionary behind The Audacious Leadership Experience. With over two decades of hands-on experience in operations, executive support, and team development across industries, Sabrina empowers late bloomers, underestimated professionals, and emerging executives to execute with confidence, influence powerfully, and live unapologetically.

Formerly a high-performing manager at The Home Depot and executive assistant at Truist Bank (formerly SunTrust), Sabrina knows what it means to rise from burnout, imposter syndrome, and rejection. She didn’t start her leadership career until her late 40s—proving it’s never too late to lead. What began as a challenge became a calling, and now, Sabrina teaches others how to leverage their hidden excellence and rewrite the rules.
When she’s not coaching or writing, Sabrina mentors her granddaughter through a real-life leadership internship, serves her community, and builds a legacy that lives beyond her. Her mantra is clear: I can. I will. I must. Watch me!

She lives in Lithonia, Georgia, with her mother and is the proud matriarch of a growing legacy—including her children, Dale and Krystle, and her audacious grandchildren.
